For over two decades, I have guided extensively throughout the U.S., Canada, Alaska, the Andes and Himalaya. I have guided 20+ high altitude expeditions and four of the "Seven Summits". In addition to work I do with companies listed below, I guide independently through Professional Membership with the Certified Guides Federation. If you have specific climb, mountain or part of the world you would like to explore, I can make it happen.
Dedicated to the highest standards and training as a guide, I completed my certification program through the American Mountain Guides Association, which is one of 21 member countries of belonging to the International Federation of Mountain Guides Assocation. In 2010, I became the 6th woman in the U.S. to achieve UIAGM / IFMGA Full Mountain Guide Certification. The process entailed rigorous courses and assessment exams in all three disciplines of Rock, Alpine and Ski Mountaineering.

Climbing or skiing with a UIAGM / IFMGA Mountain Guide insures that you are climbing with a guide that has gone through the highest level of training and certification available to guides in the world. As of mid 2010, only 60 guides have completed this level of certification in the U.S. and roughly 50 women have done so around the world.
My primary concern as your guide is your safety. With that comes a great deal of fun, learning and engaging in experiences that will be memorable for a lifetime. I hope to have the opportunity to climb with you and help you achieve climbs, summits and experiences not yet imagined!
